Welcome to the Faculty Initiative

Formally referred to as the Deans’ Round Table Faculty Initiative, the goal of this ambitious partnership between Cleveland Clinic and Northeast Ohio Schools of Nursing is to create a regional strategy designed to aggressively address both the nursing and nursing faculty shortage.

The Faculty Initiative will:

Increase awareness of the faculty shortage

Identify, recruit and support area nurses who may be interested in serving as faculty

Develop and maintain database to match potential faculty with teaching opportunities

Enroll nurses/potential faculty into comprehensive database application

Offer ongoing faculty development programs

	Each participating school has identified personnel to maintain their course profiles. Current Administrators can: Add new course descriptions Edit current course descriptions Search for potential faculty Activate and Inactivate course descriptions Add additional administrators
