Welcome to the Faculty Initiative
Formally referred to as the Deans’ Round Table Faculty Initiative, the goal of this ambitious partnership between Cleveland Clinic and Northeast Ohio Schools of Nursing is to create a regional strategy designed to aggressively address both the nursing and nursing faculty shortage.

The Faculty Initiative will:
  • Increase awareness of the faculty shortage
  • Identify, recruit and support area nurses who may be interested in serving as faculty
  • Develop and maintain database to match potential faculty with teaching opportunities
  • Enroll nurses/potential faculty into comprehensive database application
  • Offer ongoing faculty development programs

    Current members can:
    • Maintain and edit personal profile

    • Add new course descriptions
    • Edit current course descriptions
