  The phone numbers listed are direct dial numbers and go into voice mail accounts. They should not be used for after hours concerns that you need answers to right away. If a message is left after hours it will be responded to the next business day morning. Dialing (216) 636-8700 after hours will connect you to our answering service.

  We are divided into care teams. Your pharmacy needs are coordinated and care monitored by pharmacists, nurses, service representatives and technicians. The staff caring for you is consistent so you talk to people who know your case.

  Office hours
  Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8A-5P.
  We are open on Saturday from 8:30A to 5P.
  We have staff available on-call all other times.

  Our reimbursement and patient account team is also listed for your convenience. This group is lead by Peter Dobrea and includes the insurance verification, billing and collecting activities on behalf of the home infusion pharmacy.
