6th Annual Speaking of Women’s Health Conference
Held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 was a Huge Success!
The Cleveland Clinic Women’s Health Center hosted a day-long conference to encourage all women to take time out for themselves and focus on their own health.
Participants attending our day long conference celebrated health and wellness--learning that small changes, done consistently will contribute to years of improved quality of our weeks, months and years.

Michael Hewitt, Ph.D
Michael Hewitt, Ph.D, our morning keynote speaker, presented Be Strong• Be
Health• Be in Charge: At Every Age. In more than 20 years as an exercise
physiologist, Michael Hewitt has written thousands of individual exercise prescriptions.
Dr. Hewitt is an educator, author, lecturer and Research Director for Exercise
Science at Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Hewitt recently published a chapter
on exercise in Integrative Medicine.
Afternoon keynote:

 Extreme Humor Makeover: Stress Edition
Whether it's Oprah, the Today Show or Ellen, television
makeover shows are all the rage these days. Home makeovers, body makeovers,
and extreme makeovers are just a few, but the best makeovers are the ones initiated
on the inside. Most
of us are doing more with less these days, so Christine gave us great ideas
to have less stress and more fun in ALL areas of our lives.
