Medical Concierge

A Special, Free Service for Out-of-State Patients

Each year, thousands of patients from across the country choose to travel to Cleveland Clinic for their care. Scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and finding your way around an unfamiliar city can we daunting, which is why we now offer special, free concierge services exclusively for our out-of-state patients (outside the state of Ohio) and their families. Your Cleveland Clinic Medical Concierge will be your personal information resource throughout your Cleveland visit.

Your Medical Concierge: Ask Anything!
Your Cleveland Clinic Medical Concierge is just like the concierge at a fine hotel. He or she will be able to answer any question, or find the answer quickly. Your Medical Concierge can help you:
  • Schedule or confirm airline flights, or find discounts
  • Assist with accommodation reservations and discounts
  • Arrange taxi or car service (including to and from the airport)
  • Coordinate medical appointments
  • Provide information of leisure activities for families
Your Medical Concierge will accompany you to appointments, if requested. Your Medical Concierge can also arrange for private nursing.
