Holly Miller, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Miller is managing director of the e-Cleveland Clinic MyChart and MyMonitoring programs. In her work with e-Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Miller supports the development of e-health initiatives, exploring strategic partnerships and e-business opportunities including the development of the business cases and business plans for the e-business organization of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. In addition, she coordinates the development of Clinical Internet Strategy within the Clinic. Dr. Miller is board-certified in general internal medicine.

Prior to joining the Clinic in 1999, Dr. Miller was a product manager for Oacis Health Systems in northern California where she managed the development and implementation of several healthcare software development projects and conducted market, strategic business, and competitive analyses. In addition to preparing business cases for strategic business development, Dr. Miller also performed product validation via focus groups and usability studies both with current clients and out in the market place.

Before joining Oacis, Dr. Miller held a staff physician position at On Lok Senior Health Services in San Francisco, providing internal medicine and geriatric care for patients in a comprehensive care setting that has become a national multidisciplinary model of geriatric healthcare for the frail elderly. Dr. Miller also has held positions with Ciba-Geigy in Paris and was chief resident at the American Hospital of Paris in Neuilly, France.
