Call 216/445-9288 or 866/289-6911 (toll free) to speak to a Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular Institute nurse for questions regarding specific conditions, thoracic diseases in general, or Cleveland Clinic programs.

In your e-mail, please be sure to reference the specific disease or condition for which you would like more information. E-mails and phone calls will be answered within 3 business days, between 8:30am and 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

If you have privacy manager on your phone or e-mail service, please provide access to the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular Institute or there is a possibility that we may not be able to respond to your request.

Call our Nurse Practice Managers at 216/444-2200, beeper 25190 or 800/223-2273, beeper 25190 (outside of the Cleveland area) between the hours of 7am and 5pm (eastern standard time), Monday through Friday. At other times, you may call Patient Access Services at 216/444-8302 or 800/553-5056.
