Medical Concierge
To make your healthcare experience with us as easy as possible, we offer a special complimentary concierge service exclusively for our out-of-state patients and their families. Members of our Medical Concierge Service will assist you with every detail before, during and after your Cleveland visit.
Service Desk
Personnel are stationed at desks throughout the Clinic campus to answer questions, provide directions and be of assistance in any way possible.

On-Site Child Care
Cleveland Kindercare, a licensed national child care provider, is located right on the main campus of the Cleveland Clinic. Kindercare offers drop-in child care, based on availability, for patients or visitors who have a need for temporary child care while at The Cleveland Clinic.
Kindercare hours are 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM and accepts children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age for drop-in care.
