In an effort to create simple, efficient and timely access to Cleveland Clinic, we are pleased to offer
the Market and Network Services Access Line. This phone line is dedicated for Case Managers,
Medical Directors and Corporate Leaders who need assistance in referring patients to Cleveland Clinic.
This one-stop, easy to use service will assist callers by identifying appropriate providers, scheduling
multiple appointments, involving concierge services when appropriate and assisting in coordinating any
other services required by the patient.
