Global Patient Services meets needs of patients worldwide

What many people do not know is that Cleveland Clinic has an entire department devoted to meeting the needs of out-of-state and international patients who receive care at Cleveland Clinic and Cleveland Clinic Florida. Global Patient Services, a full-service department staffed by trained concierge experts, provides:

  • assistance with coordinating multiple appointments
  • language interpretation for clinical appointments
  • assistance with hotel and housing reservations, and provision of discounts when available
  • connection with American Express One, a business travel service, to schedule or confirm airline reservations
  • arrangement of taxi or car service between the airport and hotel
  • guidance to appointments
  • information about leisure activities for family members
