    Patient Care Fund
    The Barbara Leslie Patient Care Fund was established by the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center and the Social Work Department in 1996 to provide modest financial assistance to patients and families. The fund covers medically-related expenses, such as, transportation to medical appointments, emergency medication, supplies and equipment, not typically reimbursed by insurance or other patient care funds.

    The Fund is in memorial  to Barbara Leslie,  an oncology social worker at the Cleveland Clinic and honors her commitment and dedication to the patients and families she served.
