Debra Garlak graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. She earned a Masters Degree in Community Health Education from Cleveland State University. Debra has 20 years of clinical laboratory experience with the Cleveland Clinic Health System. She has more than 6 years of andrology laboratory experience at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Sharma received his doctorate from Panjab University, India. He completed his postdoctoral training at The Cleveland Clinic. He is a Project Staff in the Glickman Urological Institute. Dr. Sharma has over 8 years of andrology laboratory experience at the Cleveland Clinic.
