The Center's interdisciplinary staff of scientists, practicing andrologists / urologists and reproductive endocrinologists (Center's Staff) from all around the world is one of the many aspects that set our program apart.
Clinical Care
In addition to their research and training activities, physicians in the Center for Reproductive Medicine have a very active clinical practice in male and female infertility. They offer the latest medical and surgical options for the treatment of a couple with infertility including the full range of assisted reproductive techniques. Patients benefit from its integrated, evidence-based approach to treatment, and our success rate in achieving pregnancy is consistently amongst the highest in the United States. |

ART Training
The Center offers one-on-one training in laboratory procedures to develop technical expertise in all of the essential techniques, including: comprehensive semen analysis; sperm preparation procedures; cryopreservation protocols for semen, testicular and ovarian tissues and assisted reproduction (IVF/ICSI) techniques (ART Training Modules).
During their training, trainees are mentored by renowned embryologists, biologists, andrologists, reproductive endocrinologists, and other experts in assisted reproductive techniques. At the completion of the program, fellows receive a Certificate of Training recognizing their achievements. This individualized approach to training has made our program one of the most popular ART training centers in North America. Trainees' evaluation of the quality of training we provide has been consistently rated high to excellent. Since 2003, over 60 candidates from around the world have received their training in ART modules.

Fertility Testing Services
For the past 30 years, our state-of-the-art Fertility Testing Laboratory has been providing the highest quality services to couples being evaluated for their infertility. Our laboratory features state-of-the-art testing using the latest, most effective diagnostic testing and analysis. Our laboratory is certified by CLIA in the state of Ohio, accredited since 1994 by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) "Reproductive Laboratory Program".
The laboratory also offers fertility preservation services to cancer patients such as: therapeutic semen banking and ovarian cryopreservation (Patient information). Our gamete bank is accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) since 1999 and registered with FDA since 2006. Our laboratory has assisted thousands of patients over the years and is recognized not only for the excellent quality of our work but also for our highly qualified, experienced and compassionate staff.
Training Opportunities
To date, our program has trained more than 150 physicians and scientists from the United States and all over the world, including Austria, Bahrain, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Haiti, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom (Alumni, Collaborators). Most of our alumni hold academic positions in prestigious institutions while others are pursuing residencies in American hospitals in the fields of their choice. In addition, more than 55 pre-med and medical students have conducted research internships in our Center, we have introduced more than 23 high school students to research experiences, and several individuals have assisted in our Center as Research Volunteers.
Through cutting-edge mentored research and a focus on teaching, training and publication of novel research findings, the Center has been identified as one of the finest programs in reproductive medicine.
