The Section of Pediatric Urology provides
management of all disorders of the kidney, bladder and genitalia
in children. Physicians in the section offer inpatient and outpatient
evaluation, as well as medical or surgical intervention for acquired
and congenital problems. Treatment focuses on the team approach
to the care of children with genitourinary tract tumors or infections
and on genitourinary tract reconstruction for congenital anomalies
or disease. Diagnostic facilities include a state-of-the-art urodynamics
laboratory for complete evaluation and analysis of these problems.

Pediatric Dialysis Unit
The Dialysis Unit is one of the few pediatric renal dialysis centers
in Ohio. The unit is staffed by specialists in nephrology and
urology, nurses with experience in the care of children with renal
disease, and pediatric social workers familiar with the problems
these patients and their families face. The Dialysis Unit provides
comprehensive care for children and adolescents undergoing hemodialysis,
peritoneal dialysis and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
Urology Clinic
Provides diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired abnormalities
of the genitourinary tract.
