Anchor Tag It’s important to note that there is no hard and fast rule
on a specific time when a person can expect to be fully recovered from an
injury. Sports health experts say every
body is different. So it can take
anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to recover from an injury with the
help of a rehab program.
