Q: What is the cancellation policy for my 2010 Medical Innovation Summit registration?
A: A $225 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled Summit registrations. Please contact MedicalInnovationSummit@ccf.org for
cancellation refund processing. Cancellations must be received by October 22nd, 2010. The Event Organizer reserves the right
to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. No refunds will be processed after October 22, 2010.
