We are pleased to offer Summit registrants the opportunity to opt in to EBD Group’s, partneringONE online networking system to facilitate one-to-one meetings at the Medical Innovation Summit. Enhanced Networking can encompass any kind of one-to-one meeting between possible collaborators or existing partners. Review participant profiles, request meetings with other attendees and create your own personal agenda.

PartneringONE enables you to:

• Profile yourself, your company and collaborations sought in a secure environment
• View profiles of other Summit attendees
• Pre-arrange private one-on-one meetings with interested parties
• Network!

How to Partner

Step 1: Tick the ‘Opt in to Partnering’ when completing your online Medical Innovation Summit registration form. If you have already registered, contact Claire Macht at cmacht@ebdgroup.com to opt into the Enhanced Networking program.

Step 2: You will receive an automatically generated username and password enabling you to login to the conference dedicated partneringONE site. You can change your password just by entering a new one on your Individual Profile page.

Step 3: Profile your company or institution.

Step 4: When full networking opens on October 13th, search for parties you are interested in and request a meeting with them on your Messages/Requests page. No need to set a time and place. Mutually agreed meetings will be scheduled automatically for you beginning 1 week before the conference.

Step 5: Set your availability on your Agenda/Schedule page, so the system will take into consideration any times you designate yourself, ‘unavailable’ for one-on-one meetings.

Both parties must agree to the meetings, ensuring efficient and focused use of your time at the Summit. Preferred networking time is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11th from 3:45 – 6:00 pm. Private meetings will be able to be scheduled during this time using the networking software. Other times are available as needed.

New to Partnering? Join us for a guided tutorial on November 3rd at 8am PST. You must have internet access and be able to login to your account during the tutorial. Call in number: +1 605 475 6006 access code 424724#. The tutorial will take approximately 30 minutes.
