David Roman Vice President, Global Investment Research, Medical Devices Goldman Sachs Group David Roman, Vice-President, leads the US Medical Technology coverage in the Global Investment Research Division. David’s current coverage includes a cross section of companies in the Medical Supplies, Cardiovascular, Orthopaedics, and Capital Equipment markets. In 2011, David was ranked #1 in the Americas for Conviction List stock performance (Goldman’s Best Ideas List) for his recommendations of Baxter (BAX), Edwards (EW), and MAKO Surgical (MAKO). Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2009, David was an equity analyst at Morgan Stanley, covering hospital supply and orthopaedic device stocks.
