Getting Started	Invention Criteria	Commercialization
The commercialization process begins when an Invention Disclosure Form is submitted to CCI. Download Invention Disclosure Form (PDF)	Your invention must meet the following three criteria: Commercial viability Medical efficacy (as assessed by medical practitioners) Protectability via patent, copyright, or trade secret	Inventions in the active commercialization state can be: Licensed Spun-off to a new company Included in industrial partnerships
