The International Center supports an administrative fellowship program for foreign-born students intending to return to their native countries to apply their skills. Funding is provided for one fellow every year.

The program is geared to the self-starter who has practical experience in the health care environment and who has a Master of Health Administration or equivalent course work completed from a program accredited by the Accrediting Commission on Education for Health Services Administration.
