When you enroll in the Catalyst Dental Plan, you will receive discounts of 10-50 percent on every smile-saving service provided by a network of more than 24,000 dentists nationwide. Lifeline can give you greater security and a sense of confidence to help maintain your independent lifestyle. There is no equipment to buy, no long-term contract to sign and you may discontinue the service at any time. Healthwise Connection members will have their activation fee waived when they call to enroll in the service.
