What Shape Up & Go! Participants Need to Know About the Pebble

Are your Pebble lights red?

This just means you need to change the battery in your Pebble.  Your Pebble came with an extra battery.  For full information including a video click on the link below.

In 2015, if you participate in Shape Up & Go! to qualify for Healthy Choice, you will need to track at least 100,000 steps or 600 physical activity minutes each month for 6 of the first 9 months of the year using the Pebble® .

The Pebble is a one-inch electronic physical activity monitor that clips to an individual’s shoe, belt, waistband, or bra to measure physical activity.   The Pebble looks like this:




EHP members (employee, spouse or domestic partner) can order a Pebble at no charge from the Shape Up and Go! website.  Click here to learn how to do this.

You will need to link your Pebble to your Shape Up and Go account .  It's easy to get started using it.
