Are you one of the 16,000 caregivers enrolled in Healthy Choice? If you are, you may be able to take advantage of a lower premium payment.  EHP Total Care has three premium levels as of January 1, 2013:

You can still earn a Healthy Choice rebate! 

Even if you're paying the highest Bronze premium, you could still qualify for a 2013 rebate (the difference between the 2013 Bronze and Silver premiums). Just join Healthy Choice no later than March and meet program requirements by September 30, 2013. A letter from the Health Plan at the end of 2013 will explain whether you qualify for the rebate and which premium level you will pay in 2014
