  • Freedom From Smoking® Online – behavioral support program that is FREE and done completely over the Internet. Register at www.lungusa.org. Click on the FFS Online Program link in the Quit Smoking section.

  • Tobacco Quitline – This toll-free quit line is available Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 8:00p.m. EST. Nurses and respiratory therapists can provide answers to your questions, and send support material.
    Call as many times as you would like, at 1-866-QUIT-YES (1-866-784-8937).

Ohio Tobacco Quit Line
Toll-free quit line has trained counselors available to discuss quitting challenges, answer questions and send information. Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (800-784-8669), Mon.-Thur., 9 a.m.-11 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Sat./Sun. 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
