John and Mary Payiavlas

John Payiavlas, Founder and Chairman of Warren, Ohio-based AVI Foodsystems, Inc., and Mary Payiavlas have supported a number of Cleveland Clinic initiatives, including the Heart and Vascular Institute, Taussig Cancer Center, Glickman Urological Institute and Department of Nutrition Therapy. They are Vice Chairs of Today’s Innovations, Tomorrow’s Healthcare: Campaign for Cleveland Clinic, and Mr. Payiavlas serves on the Glickman Urological Institute Leadership Board.
