If your primary care provider is a physician in this department and you have a  question regarding your health, use the following information.  If it is a medical emergency please call 911

1. On working days between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. call your physician's office or you can also talk to a nurse on the triage line on working days between 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at 216-444-2538.
2. After hours (5.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.) you can call the physician's office and you shall be connected to the nurse-on- call.
