Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring
This project is aimed at developing a modular, portable, wireless biometric monitoring device for a variety of modalities.

This technology is improving cellular based therapies using novel techniques to direct stem cells to the desired proper location.
Electrospinning Biodegradable Nanofibers
The aim of this project is to create vascular constructs using an advanced materials technique known as electrospinning.

This is an early stage development project aimed at improving cardiovascular tissue regeneration through the use of gene inhibition.
Fiber-Optic Cardioscopy
The goal of this study is to develop a new platform for minimally invasive cardiac intervention based on direct visualization of cardiac structures using fiber-optic instrumentation.
Preventative Drug Development
A wide variety of novel drugs are being developed to prevent heart attack, restenosis and vasculitis.
Trans-vascular Neurostimulation
Researchers are developing methods of electrically stimulating the nervous system in order to correct dysfunctions that exist within the cardiovascular system, including heart failure and hypertension. |
