Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation (FRDC)

FRDC was established in June 1992 to address neighborhood planning and community revitalization in the Fairfax neighborhood of the City of Cleveland. FRDC is involved in new construction, rehabilitation of existing housing, economic development activities, and community organizing and safety programs. Since its inception, FDRC has successfully completed $80 million in new investments including affordable housing, commercial and office space and public green space improvements. Today, FRDC is considered one of the most successful revitalization organizations in the state of Ohio and will oversee the construction and management of the GCIC accelerator.
