GCIC Facilities
GCIC, along with the partnership of Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation, will construct and operate a new incubator
building in the Fairfax Neighborhood of Cleveland. Located adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic campus on the south side of Cedar
Avenue, the GCIC Facility will be situated for maximum proximity to the Clinic and Lerner Research Institute, while providing
benefit as part of the revitalization effort for the Fairfax community. Upon completion in 2009, the Facility will be home to
approximately 20 new early stage biotech companies focusing on cardiovascular innovation, in addition to housing GCIC core operations.

GCIC core operations are currently housed in the Cleveland Clinic Innovation Center, located on the main campus of the Cleveland Clinic.
This facility was established in 2004 to serve as incubator/accelerator space for Cleveland biotech startup companies.
