Official statistical information available to the public from the Federal Government.

Healthcare Costs & Utilization Projects (HCUP)
These databases enable research on health policy issues, including cost and quality of health services, medical practice patterns, access to health care programs and outcome of treatment at the national, state and local market levels.

Heart and Stroke Statistical Update
Provides annual statistics for cardiovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and others.

National Center for Health Statistics
Web site that has statistical information about America's health.

Ohio Department of Health
Provides statistics on the health of Ohio's population as well as access to an online catalog of videos, books, kits and programs on major health promotion, public health and disease prevention topics.

Collection of statistics on social and economic conditions in the United States from the U.S. Census Bureau.

World Health Organization
Search for statistical health information for various countries and browse the WHO library database for WHO publications.
