Cancer SEER
The Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) Program of the National Cancer Institute is an authoritative source of information on cancer incidence and survival in the United States.
CardiosourcePlus (only for employees with library accounts)
An online cardiovascular information and educational resource produced by the American College of Cardiology Foundation. Includes many self-assessment programs such as ACCSAP, ECG-SAP, Echo-SAP, etc.
CCF Author Database
Identifies journal articles, editorials, letters to the editor, book chapters and books written by authors affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic.
CCF Consumer Health Information Center
Information on over 900 health topics, community programs, clinical trials, support groups and educational classes. The health information presented on this site has been approved by Cleveland Clinic specialists, unless otherwise noted.
CCF Disease Management Project
An online medical resource providing healthcare professionals with convenient, quick, credible and precise information to assist in patient care.
CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
CDC serves as the national focus for developing and applying disease prevention and control, environmental health, and health promotion and education activities designed to improve the health of the people of the United States.
CDC Wonder
The CDC's Internet system that makes the information resources of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) available to public health professionals and the public at large.
Centerwatch
Provides an extensive list of IRB approved clinical trials being conducted internationally as well as newly approved FDA drugs and therapies. NOTE: not all information is free.

Index and abstracts to engineering and biomedical engineering literature from international journals, conferences and reports.

CPT® is based on the America Medical Association’s Physicians’ Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)® coding system, which is copyrighted and owned by the physician organization. CPT® is the nation’s official, HIPAA, compliant code set for procedures and services provided by physicians, ambulatory surgical centers, and hospital outpatient services, as well as laboratories, imaging centers, physical therapy clinics, urgent care centers and others.
