Centerwatch
Provides an extensive list of IRB approved clinical trials being conducted internationally as well as newly approved FDA drugs and therapies. NOTE: not all information is free.

Dietary Supplements Labels Database
Provides information from the labels of over 2,000 brands of dietary supplements.

Drugs@FDA
A searchable web site containing information about approved and tentatively approved prescription, over-the-counter and discontinued drugs. It includes links to drug approval letters, labels and review packages.

Regulatory information on drugs, medical devices, biologics, etc..

Material Safety Data Sheets
Site that links to many MSDS sheets and resources.

MD Consult (only for employees with library accounts)
Provides full-text information (textbooks, journals, practice guidelines, patient education handouts) for use in clinical patient care.

Natural and Alternative Treatments (only for employees with library accounts)
Consists of over 550 articles on Herbs and Supplements, Conditions, Drug Interaction, Alternative Therapies and Homeopathy. These articles are entirely based on double-blind, placebo-controlled studies and other forms of meaningful scientific evidence. At present, more than 12,000 such studies are cited in the material, and new studies are added as they appear. This evidence-based content has been developed and reviewed by a team of physicians and pharmacologists with the goal of providing reliable information without exaggeration or misrepresentation.

NLM Drug Information Portal
Current, accurate and understandable drug information from the National Library of Medicine and other key government agencies. More than 12,000 drug records are available for searching. Links to the following resources contribute to the search results: MedlinePlus®, AIDSinfo®, Medline/PubMed®, LactMed, HSDB®, Dietary Supplements Labels Database, TOXLINE®, DailyMed®, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubChem, NIAID Anti-HIV/OI Database, ChemIDplus®, Drugs@FDA, DEA, and USA.gov.

StatRef (only for employees with library accounts)
Search the complete full-text of some 30 textbooks, or view their table of contents. Includes Stedman's Medical Dictionary, MedCalc 3000, and the National Guideline Clearinghouse.
