Before printing or saving:

• Increase the number of items displayed per page so that the entire list is displayed on one page. To do this, click "Display Settings" and select a number from the menu that is larger than the number of citations in your results.
• Select the citation format, if you want to change from the default "Summary". Click in the circle to select the format to display.
• Click "Summary (Text)" or Summary (Abstract) to display the references without the graphics. (easier to print)
• Click "Apply" and the citations will reload all on one page in the format you have selected.

Printing

After you've selected the format and displayed all the citations on one page, select File/Print or click the printer icon in your Web browser.

Saving or Emailing

• Increase the number of items displayed per page so that the entire list is displayed on one page. To do that, click "Display Settings" and select a number from the drop-down list that is larger than the number of citations in your results.

Saving

• Click "Send to"
• Select "File" from the Choose Destination menu.
• Use Format menu make any change to the citation format
• Select the directory where to save the file
• Change the file name to whatever you like with a .txt end, e.g. query.txt
• Change "Save as Type" to All Files
• Depending on your browser, you may receive a message that the download is complete. Close this box to return to PubMed.

Emailing

• Click "Send to"
• Select "E-mail" from the Choose Destination menu.
• Use Format menu make any change to the citation format.
• Enter your email address and a note in the Subject Line
• Click E-mail
