The Graduate Medical Education Department is committed to ensuring CCF training programs meet and exceed national and institutional standards thereby providing a quality educational experience to our trainees. In addition to providing support to the Graduate Medical Education Committee, the staff of the GME Department is responsible for providing quality service to all applicants, trainees, and program directors, as well as their designee’s, while striving to incorporate the 5 fundamental values of CCF: quality, integrity, compassion, collaboration and commitment.

The key responsibilities of Graduate Medical Education are as follows:
- Customer Service: The department is a resource for both internal and external queries regarding Graduate Medical Education.
- Administration: Oversight and monitoring of program accreditation, the exchange visitor visa program and all institutional policies affecting GME programs
- Human Resources: Recruitment, administration of payroll, authorization of benefits, verification of employment, and other HR related functions.
