Neighbor to Neighbor
Plan “A Healthy You” program designed around the needs and interests of your group or neighborhood center. On the chosen day, a Community Health Educator will present the topic of choice and assist the group in active, helpful discussion with the goal of helping to initiate positive lifestyle changes in health and wellness.

Speakers Bureau
Request a Cleveland Clinic medical professional to speak to your organization on a wide variety of healthcare issues in a lecture and question-and-answer format.

Community Outreach Clinics
Community outreach clinics help individuals of all ages develop an interest in taking control of their own health through better choices and decisions, and assist them in contacting other healthcare resources as needed.
