Online Registration for the 2013 Patient Experience Summit will close at midnight on Sunday, May 12, 2013. After this time, you may register on-site.

There is a $100 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations before May 3, 2013. You may not cancel a registration after that time. Attendees may transfer their registration to another attendee for no fee. Please contact events@jamiebelkin.com for cancellation refund processing assistance.
