Online Registration for the 2014 Patient Experience Summit will close at 9:00pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. After this time, you may register on-site.

There is a $100 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations before May 2, 2014. You may not cancel a registration after that time. Attendees may transfer their registration to another attendee for no fee. Please contact pes@jamiebelkinevents.com for cancellation refund processing assistance.
