Young Business Leaders Internship Program

The Young Business Leaders Internship Program was designed to increase under-represented (American Indian or Alaskan Native, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino and Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander) high school students' knowledge of science and medicine and the business of healthcare. This nine-week paid internship provides selected students who have an interest in healthcare an opportunity to work and learn alongside experienced managerial and administrative professionals at one of the leading academic medical centers in the country, gaining exposure to the wide range of careers in healthcare. Students will experience hands-on learning and receive individualized, structured mentorship in various business settings.
