Public Health Internship Program

In collaboration with the Department of Infectious Disease, the Public Health Internship was designed to expand high school student's knowledge of public health in the areas of health promotion, population-based intervention strategies, and disease prevention. This nine-week paid internship will offer top Northeast Ohio science students the opportunity to work and learn alongside nationally renowned Cleveland Clinic physicians and researchers. Through hands-on learning and individualized mentoring, the program supports academic achievement as well as life-long success. Interns have garnered and accepted considerable scholarship awards at top universities and institutions such as Boston, Princeton, Case Western Reserve University and Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).
