In this poem, I tried to put people in the shoes of a person who is actually having a stroke. From this view, the reader is able not only to feel the experience of a stroke, but also to sense the serious time constraints involved in saving a person. Through my piece, I wanted to make people more aware of the importance of responding quickly to stroke symptoms.
