Writer's Statement

My writing is based on the feelings of the case manager. This is the side that most people do not see on a regular basis. It focuses on the problems and the mistreatment of the case manager by the patients. By having it from the case manager’s point of view, I hope to cast a new light on the situation. I hope people will see that case managers have a difficult job, and should be treated with more respect and dignity.
