This river scene shows what happens when you have high cholesterol. The rocks blocking up the river’s flow represent arteries that are clogged. Water pounds hard against the rocks in an attempt to keep a healthy flow in the river. Fishes, which are a remedy to reducing high cholesterol, also try to pass through the rocks, but fail. This represents the failure of someone who has had high cholesterol for a very long while, and only recently decided to change their eating habits.
