Artist's Statement

A reduction of animal products in your diet will lower your cholesterol. The high contrast in colors and the offset cutting of the man eating beef represent how unbalanced his health is due to the over consumption of animal products. The man eating the pork is "black and blue" inside. Eating more fruit helps balance health; this is shown by the balanced drawing of the man eating the tomato. The orange's bright color signifies the joy the body feels when eating less animal products, improving cholesterol.
