Artist's Statement

My photo represents the high resolution ultrasound research. According to the research, transducers have the ability to find cardiovascular diseases within arteries. The image I portray in my photograph depicts human arteries (the tubes) being examined by the transducers (the balls). The wavelengths of the balls are bouncing off of the arteries, enabling them to find and diagnose diseases that are present.
