Artist's Statement

This Prismacolor drawing is based on research that concluded that the more meat there is in one's diet, the more cholesterol there is in one's body. The section of the heart made of meat has cholesterol in the cut-away portions of the artery, whereas the arteries in the vegetable section are clear.
