Artist's Statement

The artwork shows an overweight man eating a sandwich. In the beckground, there is a graph of the man's cholesterol change after switching to a plant-based diet. The man has switched to eating vegetables and plants because he has a fatally high cholesterol level and experienced "cardiac events" (which is why he is holding his chest).
