Affordable apartments near the Clinic
A variety of affordable housing options are available for visitors and research students. They are within a short bus or bike ride in the eastern suburbs of the city and include apartment complexes, houses and rooms for rent. The following services are made by appointment and free of charge:
Rental Units: A 1 room unit in a residential building may rent for 450-600 dollars. The advantage of this rental is that there is no lease and security deposit. The units are fully furnished and come with all the basic amenities. Kitchen and family room are shared with other tenants. The lodgings below are within .5 to 2 miles from the Cleveland Clinic and are also connected by public transport (bus).
