Getting Started
The commercialization process begins with the submission of an Invention Disclosure form to CCI.
Evaluation Criteria
Your invention is evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Commercial viability
- Medical efficacy
- Protectability via patent, copyright, or trade secret
Commercialization
Inventions in the active commercialization state can be:
- Licensed to industry
- Spun-off to a new company
- Included in industrial partnerships
