Mr. Anthony Viscogliosi has 27 years of experience as an accomplished founder, entrepreneur, Chief Executive Officer, author, board member, visionary and lecturer on the orthopedic, spine and tissue engineering healthcare industries. He has achieved industry recognition as Wall Street’s first orthopaedic investment banker. He has produced more than 930 research reports (more than 7,000 pages of investment research) participated in over 170 investment banking transactions, attended over 130 conferences, and staged 11 conferences dedicated exclusively to the musculoskeletal healthcare sector. He has successfully accomplished in leading startup and business expansion challenges. He has strong ability to foresee the potential value of an idea in the marketplace and able to create the vision and translate into fruitful direction. He is a founder of more than 20 companies.

Mr. Viscogliosi has founded more than 20 companies and serves or served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President or Managing Member of 12 businesses. Furthermore, he served on the board of more than 15 companies. He has established a steady record of meeting or exceeding goals, stimulating top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

He has founded and transformed 5 industries, medical device reprocessing, spine arthroplasty, nucleus arthroplasty, small bone and joint market and total ankle arthroplasty. He is an entrepreneur of four worldwide leading medical technology companies, including: Ascent Medical Solutions, Inc. the leading reprocessor of single use disposable medical devices; Centinel Spine, Inc., the leading spine disc nucleus replacement company; Spine Solutions, Inc. the market share leading total spine disc replacement technology company; and Small Bone Innovations, Inc., the leading independent small bone and joint reconstruction company with market leading and only FDA PMA approved total ankle joint replacement business.

Mr. Viscogliosi was direct-commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve in 1990 during Operation Desert Shield, and recently retired as a Lieutenant Commander U.S. Navy Reserve. He served on-board the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 during the beginning of the NATO/Bosnia war in 1995, and has served in the Middle East on annual training assignment conducting activities in Jordan and Bahrain. He has served on several annual training assignments in Korea, including during the beginning of the Iraqi war in 2003. He also served as Assistant Officer-In-Charge and Supply Corp Officer for the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Guard in 2000/2001, which serves the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Navy and the Joint Chiefs of Staff during Active Duty for Special Work. Mr. Viscogliosi earned the Designation and Warfare Qualification of Naval Aviation Supply Corp Officer in

1998, one of only a few hundred in the U.S. Armed Forces. He was awarded with the U.S. Navy Commendation Medal for his actions on 9/11 in New York City, at the World Trade Center.
