In the four years under Mr. Stripe’s leadership, OrthoHelix has received numerous awards, including two $1-million grants from The Ohio Department of Development, #2 ranking as a Weatherhead 100 for outstanding growth in Northeast Ohio, and inclusion in Quality Magazine's Top 100 companies in the US. In 2011, Stripe was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

He has led efforts to raise additional capital to build the company into a self-sustaining entity. Today, OrthoHelix has over 70 direct employees and 200 sales associates.

Mr. Stripe has extensive medical device experience having spent over 30 years in the industry, including 21 years in orthopedics. He joined the company in August 2008 and has instilled a goal-oriented culture. He previously held a variety of positions with large orthopedic companies including Vice President and General Manager for US Operations and Vice President of Global Marketing. He brings strong communication skills, an ability to recruit and hire talent, employee development, financial discipline, goal setting and strategic planning.

Mr. Stripe earned a BA/BS in marketing from Ohio Northern University, where he currently serves as an adviser to the James F. Dicke School of Business.
