Mr. Shirley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of IMDS (Innovative Medical Device Solutions) the leader in Orthopedic Co-Innovation TM with more than 20 years of experience in orthopedics and medical devices.

Brady joined IMDS in August of 2009, and the company has experienced exceptional growth during his tenure. Prior to joining IMDS, Mr. Shirley has served as Senior Vice President of Stryker Endoscopy and President of Stryker Communications, a division of Stryker Corporation, where he spent 18 years of his career in a range of General Management, Sales and Marketing roles. During his tenure at Stryker, Mr. Shirley contributed directly to strong annual revenue growth and innovation in the divisions he served. Most notable has been his contribution to the integrated operating room. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas in Austin.
