Q: What is the cancellation policy for my 2012 Medical Innovation Summit registration?
A: A $225 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled Summit registrations. Please contact MedicalInnovationSummit@ccf.org for cancellation refund processing. You must provide your name and confirmation number. Cancellations must be received by October 1, 2012. Attendees may refer to their confirmation email to transfer their registration to another attendee online for no fee. A processing fee of $100 applies to all transfers that the Event Organizer must process. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. No refunds will be processed after October 1, 2012.

A: There are room blocks available at the InterContinental Hotel (Coming Soon) and the InterContinental Suites Hotel (Coming Soon) - both located on Cleveland Clinic's main campus.

A: Senior executives in the healthcare industry; Clinical, medical affairs, regulatory and business development executives; Venture capitalists and angel investor groups; investment bankers; buy-side and sell-side researchers; and consulting, legal and other service providers.

A: Yes, upon registering, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out to our unique online matchmaking tool that enables you to pre-schedule one-on-one meetings.

A: No, CME credit is not available for the 2012 Medical Innovation Summit.

Q: Is there a deadline to register for the 2012 Medical Innovation Summit?
A: Online registration for the 2012 Summit will close at midnight on October 26th. On-site registration will be available after the October 26th deadline. In the past, the Summit has sold out. Registration is on a first-come, first served basis.

A: Cleveland Clinic employees should register online for the Summit, selecting "Cleveland Clinic Employee" when prompted. If you have a promotional code, you should enter it on the registration page in addition to choosing "Cleveland Clinic Employee"

Q: I have a promotional code, where do I enter it?
A: On the registration page, you must choose our attendee classification, General Attendee or Cleveland Clinic Employee in addition to entering your valid promotional code.

Q: I have elected to pay by check, where do I send it?
A: All checks must be received within 30 days of registration. Checks should be made payable to Cleveland Clinic Foundation and should be mailed to:
